Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance (Certificate)

Advance your knowledge in the emerging field of financial psychology.

Over the years, financial services professionals have struggled to understand the reasoning behind certain financial decisions made by their clients or even themselves. Creighton University’s online graduate certificate in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance program examines how deep-seated financial beliefs established early in life can subconsciously drive financial decisions. This emerging field can help financial professionals gain the knowledge and skills needed to understand and unlock these subconscious beliefs in order to make better choices and meet financial goals.

This program is perfect for financial planners, advisors and other professionals seeking to enhance their skills in the emerging field of financial psychology. You’ll learn how to identify biases that impact your clients’ financial behaviors and apply techniques to counteract them, enabling you to better serve your clients and help them meet their goals. You’ll also learn the skills you need to establish, deepen and maintain positive and productive relationships with your clients.
