“Our society needs more graduates with a conscience who can communicate. It’s no wonder that Creighton students are in such demand,” observes Catherine Kelly. She is proud to be part of the Creighton community, and the Heider College of Business.
Kelly came to the Heider College of Business as executive assistant to Dean Tony Hendrickson in 2013 after seven years as the assistant to the dean of the College of Arts and Science. Prior to joining the Creighton community, Kelly was a national account manager for Marriott. She also served as an events planner for Georgia Tech Athletics before staying at home to be “a professional mom” to her six children.
Kelly graduated from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, IN with a BA in Communications. She and her husband, Joe, are active parishioners at St. Margaret Mary church and school. They are strong supporters of Catholic education with their six children having attended Catholic schools. In both 2016 and 2020 Catherine received the Heider College of Business Cahill Award for Excellence.
