Overview

This program is designed for those students who have a very strong interest in business, whose desire for specialization lies outside the traditional majors of accounting, economics, finance, international business, marketing or management information systems. With a strong emphasis on leadership and organizational behavior, our management program will give you a well-rounded career foundation.

Plan of Study

Students majoring in management can choose from any of four tracks: Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Military Management (ROTC students only), four-year Pre-law track.

Outcomes

Creighton's management majors specialize in operations, logistics, human resources, entrepreneurial management, and development.  The B.S.B.A. in management is designed for individuals who have career aspirations as management trainees, a career in human resources, in business education, or in pre-law.

The average starting salary for a 2011 Creighton graduate in Management was $39,500.
