Graduate Financial Aid
All U.S. and international students who have been formally admitted to the Graduate Business Program are eligible to apply for two types of financial aid awarded through the College of Business.
- Graduate Research Assistants GRAs work 10 hours per week for faculty doing research and projects. In exchange, they receive nine hours of graduate tuition per year and a monthly stipend for eight months. Students may hold a GRA position for a maximum of two years.
- Tuition Waiver Part-time students may apply for a tuition waiver which covers partial tuition of one course. Criteria used to determine both types of financial aid awards include GPA and test scores. In addition, work experience and academic preparation are taken into consideration for GRA applicants.
Financial aid is available only in the fall and spring terms. Financial need is not a factor in determining recipients of either award. Financial aid application deadlines are March 1 for the fall term and October 1 for the spring term.
Federal Financial Aid - Information on other types of financial aid (Federal/institutional loans and grants) is available through the Financial Aid Office.
Creighton’s Business Office offers an electronic payment plan which allows students to pay their tuition in regularly scheduled monthly payments versus having to pay the full amount at one time.
