Charisse Williams is the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Business Programs for the College of Business at Creighton University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling from Loyola Marymount University.
Charisse worked as an Administrative Assistant in the California State Controller’s Office for several years before joining Loyola Marymount University. During her nine years at LMU, Charisse worked in the Academic Vice Presidents Office, and in the MBA Program as the Graduate Program Coordinator. When the California native moved to Omaha in 2004, she worked with the Conference for Inclusive Communities as a Program Director. Although she is still very passionate about CFIC’s mission driven work of building respectful communities for all people, she returned to academic advising when she joined Creighton’s College of Business.
